L. R. "Ralph" DeMarco Attorney at Law
L. R. “Ralph” DeMarco

The law firm of L. R. “Ralph” DeMarco, Attorney at Law, is built on a foundation of tradition, integrity, and personal service. Mr. DeMarco has practiced law in Nashville, Tennessee, since 1974 and represents the third generation of attorneys in his family to serve Middle Tennessee clients. The firm is part of Rutherford & DeMarco, an association that dates back to 1890, when Mr. DeMarco’s grandfather and great-uncle first established their legal practice. Over the decades, the firm has earned a reputation for professionalism, dedication, and lasting client relationships.

Mr. DeMarco practiced alongside three of his uncles before their passing and now continues that family legacy with his first cousin, Paul A. Rutherford, and Paul’s wife, Wende J. Rutherford. Together, they uphold more than a century of service to Tennessee families and businesses.

The firm’s mission is simple: to provide clear, competent, and compassionate legal representation that clients can depend on. Every matter is handled with care—whether it involves a complex family dispute, an estate administration, a serious injury case, or the recovery of a debt. Clients are treated with respect, kept informed throughout the process, and guided toward practical solutions.

From his main office in the Gaylord Opryland area of Nashville and his satellite office in Brentwood, Ralph DeMarco serves clients across Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner, Cheatham, Robertson, and Wilson Counties. His practice combines the personal touch of a local attorney with the knowledge and experience that comes from more than five decades in Tennessee law.
